Heritage Kaftan in Acid Yellow

£825.00
1 available

A breathtaking collectors item, made by hand over ~3 months. Only one of each ever made of these heritage pieces, intended to be passed down in your family for many generations. Please care for it dearly.

Kaftans are the ultimate power outfit, traditionally worn by Sultans and figures of significance in the East. The hand-embroidery on these pieces alone is enough to make you feel lavish.

This type of fabric is called a Suzani, historically made by Turks in Uzbekistan and neighbouring countries.
One certain way to tell if your Suzani is embroidered-by-hand is to look for imperfections on the inner face of the fabric. We see these imperfections as a mark of uniqueness and for this reason we recommend to keep your Kaftans with no lining.

Materials: Silk on Cotton & Faux Fur
