Ottoman Miniature of Tower Bridge
Traditional Ottoman miniature painting meets the Western landmark that is Tower Bridge.
The artist Gonca Küçüksaraç adds depth to her work by painting on antique paper from the Ottoman Empire. The paper is collected from villages around Turkey, then treated for conservation. We don’t know what it says on the paper but we were told it is from a notebook of a school kid.
